This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Sirah, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, country, and language preference), the content you add to your CVs and cover letters, and basic usage data such as which features you use. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
To provide and operate the service, generate and improve AI suggestions, process subscriptions and invoices, send you important account and service notices, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant CV text is sent to our AI providers to generate a result. We only send what is needed for the request, and we use providers that do not train their models on your content by default.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the service providers that make Sirah work: our payment processor, email/SMS delivery providers, and hosting/storage infrastructure. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your CVs, reports, and related data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use the tools in Settings or contact us.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
