Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Sirah. This policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions.
Free trial
New accounts start on a free trial with a limited number of AI credits and no charge. You are never billed for the trial, and you can stop at any time.
Refund window
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used the plan (roughly under 20% of the included credits and no premium exports). Monthly plans are non-refundable once AI credits have been used in the billing period.
How to request a refund
Email support@codesky.ai from your account email with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We review every request individually.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-refundable items
Consumed AI credits, discounted or promotional purchases, and student-verified plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
