These Terms govern your use of Sirah. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in your selected currency and renew automatically until cancelled. AI credits are allotted per plan and, where monthly, reset each billing period. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or reselling access without permission.
Your content and our platform
You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it so we can provide the service. We own the Sirah platform, templates, and software.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions are provided to assist you and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before you rely on or submit it. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by your local law.
